We offer free worldwide delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and we use expedited shipping which takes between 1-3 days depending on your location. You’ll receive notifications from us when your order is received and a tracking number when it ships. We hope you will love your Desavery products. If, for some reason you are not happy with them we will refund you for the cost of the products if you notify us within 7 days of their receipt. Please get in touch via team@desavery.co.uk to let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange/credit note. We cannot pay the cost of shipping back your purchases to Desavery, and we strongly suggest you send the products backed to us via tracked delivery for peace of mind and to expedite the refund process. Once we receive the products we will issue a refund for the cost of the products or issue a credit note within 5 days of their arrival.We can only accept returns on products that are gently used (at least three quarters full).
